So, next step is to repaint some areas in
the dark blue to correct the errors, and then overpaint with the light skin
tone.
Here I have corrected the errors and
completed more of the background and the fabric. The fabric needs more work, but I am not sure
about the background. I think the
browns/yellows jar with the blue of the body and fabric (although the fabric
will be lighter as I have more highlights to complete). I think my original oil sketch with the dark
blue/grey background worked better so I need to think about how to do this
while still keeping a sense of space/depth in the background. Think I will leave it to dry and come back to
this in a week or so.
